The Wilderness Compound &
Wilderness Village High Desert
Scott Patrick Homes is simultaneously building his 7th and 8th High Desert communities in the Wilderness Compound & Wilderness Village where the 6300 foot plus elevation offers the richness of ever-changing colors and 360 degree views with spectacular day and night vistas.
The Wilderness Compound, with only two remaining building sites, offers single story homes set in a gated neighborhood, while Wilderness Village offers larger custom homes. The Wilderness homes benefit from the close-up mountain views afforded by being an integral part of the Sandia Mountain Foothills with walking and bicycling paths just outside your door. The Wilderness Village was designed for larger building sites to accommodate both one and two story homes without endangering each other's views. El Bosque at Andalucía de la Luz
Fishing holes, open space, a bird sanctuary, bicycles trails, family parks and smaller “pocket parks” define life at El Bosque. Sierra Vista is located atop a mesa in the 6500 acre master planned community of Mariposa.
